Energy storage is becoming increasingly central in the photovoltaic sector, offering greater independence from the electricity grid and optimizing self-consumption.

ZCS offers a complete range of storage solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial installations, ensuring efficiency and reliability, thanks also to their hybrid inverters with a dedicated backup output.

Let’s take a closer look at the main solutions offered.

Single-phase solutions

For residential single-phase installations, ZCS offers three innovative solutions:

• 1PH HYD3000/6000 ZSS HP inverter with LV ZSX5000 batteries: a versatile solution compatible with low-voltage (LV) batteries, ideal for those seeking an efficient and scalable system.
• 1PH HYD3000/6000 ZP1 inverter with HV ZBT batteries: an all-in-one system that integrates an inverter and storage into a single solution, offering a compact and integrated design for an elegant residential installation.
• 3000SP retrofit inverter with LV ZSX5000 batteries: ideal solution for integrating energy storage into an existing photovoltaic system without replacing the inverter, improving self-consumption and reducing grid dependency.

Three-phase solutions

For higher power needs, ZCS provides high-performance three-phase solutions characterized by a high flexibility in configuration.

The 3PH HYD5000/20000 ZSS inverters, certified CEI 0-21 and CEI 0-16 with HV ZBT, HV SMART, and H48050 batteries, assemble a flexible system ensuring high storage capacity to increase self-consumption in medium and large-scale installations.

With this solution, up to 10 inverters can be installed in parallel in the same system, allowing also retrofit configurations on existing installations.

Inverters ranging from 10 kW to 20 kW have two independent battery inputs, which combined with HV SMART batteries can manage up to 74 kWh of usable capacity per inverter. In this case, the total storage capacity will be of up to 740 kWh in the maximum system configuration.

As previously mentioned, all ZCS hybrid inverters, both single-phase and three-phase, offer a dedicated backup output, enabling priority loads to be powered even in the event of grid disconnection, without the need for external switching panels.

PowerMagic

Finally, for commercial and industrial BESS applications, ZCS offers an advanced and highly scalable solution: the C&I Power Magic storage cabinet.

This is a large-capacity storage system designed for industrial applications, optimizing energy use and reducing operating costs.

This system consists of battery cabinets with 215 or 258 kWh capacity, designed for outdoor installations: they feature an IP55 protection rating and include an integrated fire prevention system, ensuring high safety standards.

With this system, it is possible to create large-scale storage installations, reaching a capacity of 6 MWh per plant, including retrofit installations on existing systems.

Thanks to these solutions, ZCS confirms itself as a reference point in the energy storage sector, offering innovative technologies for every need.
