Sungrow storage solutions

Sungrow offers a wide range of storage solutions, ideal for residential and commercial installations.

Thanks to compatibility with high-quality batteries such as Sungrow SBR/SBS/SBH and BYD Premium HVS/HVM, these solutions ensure efficiency, reliability, and seamless integration with photovoltaic systems.

Sungrow single-phase solutions

For single-phase systems, Sungrow offers the combination of the SH 3.0/3.6/4.0/5.0/6.0 RS inverter with the following batteries:

Sungrow SBR/SBS
BYD Premium HVS/HVM

This configuration provides a flexible and scalable storage system that adapts to household energy consumption needs, allowing a connection from a minimum of 5 kWh to a maximum of 22.08 kWh per inverter.

Sungrow three-phase solutions

For small three-phase installations, Sungrow offers SH 5.0/6.0/8.0/10 RT and RT-20 inverters, paired with Sungrow SBR and BYD Premium HVS/HVM batteries.

Inverters from the SH-RT(-20) series can support up to 25.6 kWh of storage, and it is possible to connect up to two inverters in parallel per system (inverter and battery sizes must be identical).

For commercial three-phase systems, Sungrow provides SH 15/20/25 T inverters, which support higher storage capacities. The compatible batteries are:

SH-T inverters can be connected in parallel with up to four inverters of the same size, and meanwhile they can also measure the production of other string inverters connected to the system.

When SH-T inverters are paired with Sungrow SBR/SBH batteries, significant configuration advantages arise. In addition to the “retrofit” configuration mentioned above, it is also possible to connect up to 8 SH-T inverters with storage and up to 5 Sungrow CX and CX-P2 string inverters, achieving substantial power and storage capacities.

Sungrow PowerStack: retrofit storage for C&I systems

For commercial and industrial applications, Sungrow offers PowerStack, a retrofit storage cabinet with a capacity of 225 or 455 kWh, designed for outdoor installations.

The PowerStack system is highly scalable: a single cabinet can be installed in parallel with up to 10 units per system.
