Steca Solarix MPPT 3020 and 5020 are the new solar charge controllers with the Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT).
These particular charge controllers are suitable for all common versions of crystalline modules but also for thin film modules. They are optimally suited for solar systems with module voltages higher than the battery voltage.
With Steca Solarix MPPT increase the energy efficiency of the module
Steca‘s efficient MPP tracking algorithm always provides the maximum usable power of the module, significantly increasing energy yield, especially in poor weather conditions (cloud cover, winter, diffused light).
The Steca Solarix MPPT charge controllers combine state-of-the-art charging technology with high efficiency, professional battery care with numerous programming options, modern design, excellent protection functions and an intuitive LC display with menu guidance.
The main features of charge controllers are:
- MPPT algorithm
- High power and efficiency in smart dimensions
- 4 step charge
- Equalisation charge
- LVD function with automatic reconnection (schedulable)
Electronic protection functions
- Overcharge protection
- Deep discharge protection
- Reverse polarity protection of module, load and battery
- Automatic electronic fuse
- Short circuit protection
- Open circuit protection without battery
- Reverse current protection at night
- Overtemperature and overload protection
- Load disconnection on battery overvoltage
2 versions: 3020 and 5020
The new Solarix MPPT is available in 2 versions: the 3020 of 12/24 V and an input voltage of 100 V or the 5020 that can suit batteries of 12/24/38 V and an input voltage of 150 V. Both have a degree of protection IP20 and operating conditions between -25 and 40 °C.

Steca Solarix MPPT are solar charge controllers with maximum power point tracking. These are suitable for all common module technologies and are optimally suited for solar systems with module voltages higher than the battery voltage. In particular, such inexpensive PV modules that are used for grid-connected systems can also be used off-grid.
Steca‘s efficient MPP tracking algorithm always provides the maximum usable power of the module, significantly increasing energy yield, especially in poor weather conditions (cloud cover, winter, diffused light). The Steca Solarix MPPT charge controllers combine state-ofthe-art charging technology with high efficiency, professional battery care with numerous programming options, modern design, excellent protection functions and an intuitive LC display with menu guidance.
