Thanks to its modular design, the 16,13 kWh battery packs can be installed in a single cabinet unit to adapt it to the specific storage needs of the user. The possible configurations are 97, 129, 161 and 200 kWh, and they are all supported by a 100 kW PCS inverter.
Up to 20 cabinets can be put in parallel on a single site, allowing for a capacity expansion of up to 3,87 MWh.
It features pack level optimization, to maximize the capacity of the system. The packs are also managing the status of the cells, thanks to passive balancing calibration.
The system can work with 5 different modes: maximum self-consumption, Time Of Use (TOU), capacity expansion, peak shaving, grid services (frequency regulation).
The product features a 5-year warranty (when connected to Huawei’s Smart PVMS). The warranty can be extended for an additional 5 years. The performance warranty of the BESS is 5000 charge/discharge cycles (100% DoD).
