SolarEdge is a manufacturer of renewable energy solutions and has invented a range of intelligent inverters that has changed the way to collect and manage energy in solar photovoltaic systems.
The CC optimization systems allow maximization of energy output at level of the single photovoltaic panel, reducing the cost of energy produced.

SolarEdge optimization solutions, which allow for improved photovoltaic performance, split two macro categories: SolarEdge inverter optimizers and other inverters optimizers (IndOP).

The optimizers are also divided based on the power and output voltage of the photovoltaic panel, so we find models: P300, P350, P404, P405, P500, P600, P700, P800 and P350IndOP.

The range of inverters designed for residential situations is in the SE models with HD-Wave and SE technology with 2.2 to 12.5 kW power ratings, while in the SE models with power ratings from 15.0 to 27.6 kW and SE from 33.3 kW for commercial and utility plants.
