Panasonic announced that, from 1 January 2016, on all new modules will be increased the product warranty from 10 to 15 years.
This increase is the result of an effective and efficient production, which has made, on the total of 3.7 billion modules sold in Europe since 2003, only 0.005% claims.
The Panasonic modules now covered by an extended warranty
The increase of 5-year warranty standard following the previous increase from 5 to 10 years added in 2003: Panasonic proves precursor of the market, taking particular attention to the needs of both private clients and all players in the market. A guarantee so high in fact shows great sensitivity to perturbations that the market has undergone, while giving peace and serenity to the entire supply chain, and at the same time confidence in its quality of production as evidenced by the very low levels of claims received.
It is also the result of the great experience of Panasonic, with 40 years of knowledge achieved in the field of photovoltaic systems, and 18 years in the production economies of scale, with a total control of all stages of production and quality assurance.
In spring new modules N330 are coming
With good weather, new modules N330 will come in stock at the warehouses VP Solar, same series of N245 and N285, which can produce up to 27% more than standard monocrystalline 260 Wp.
