LG Solar, world leader in the photovoltaic sector, is presented every year on the market with the highest quality products that brought it, in 2013, 2015 and 2016, to win “Intersolar AWARD”, internationally recognized award for ideas and technological innovations.

LG Solar photovoltaic modules are efficient and resistant even in extreme environmental conditions and in case of low radiation.
The low annual degradation combined with a longer warranty than the market average, guarantees all consumers an innovative product.
LG high quality products: LG NeON R, LG NeON 2
2 examples of high quality LG products are the LG NeON R, LG NeON 2 module series. In the first case it is a 60 cells monocrystalline module; in the case of LG NeON 2, 60 cells monocrystalline modules, 60 cells LG NeON 2 Black and 72-cell LG NeON 2 are included in the series.
Wanting to investigate only the 60 cell monocrystalline models, NeON R and NeON 2 have the maximum output power recorded in the photovoltaic sector.
As can be seen in the graph, in 2019 the range of panels currently provides up to 370 W with 21.4% efficiency for the NeON R and 345 W with 20.1% efficiency for the NeON 2.
During the year, however, the series of products will be further expanded. In fact, during the Intersolar held this year in Munich, the new 380 W NeON R series module and 90.8% performance guarantee after 25 years of life was presented.
One of the best guarantees on the market
Another important advantage of the LG product range is the guarantee. This company gives an excellent linear guarantee on performance, among the best on the market. LG NeON 2, for example, has an annual degradation of 0.35% from the second year.
For LG NeON R, on the other hand, after 25 years of life, the module will not have degraded by more than 11.6% and will therefore present a minimum of 88.4% of performance, a value much higher than the average for most monocrystalline modules.

LG, with its products, has always guaranteed an innovation on the photovoltaic market, certified by the victories at the Intersolar Award of 2013, 2015 and 2016. The three products thanks to which these important results have been obtained are:
- Type N cell (2013): this particular type of cell was much more efficient than type P. In addition, the rear face of the cell also generates energy.
- CELLO Technology (2015): replaces the 3 bus bars with 12 circular wires. The wire, thanks to its round shape, allows for a greater dispersion of sunlight towards the module.
In the case of the string a part of the light is instead reflected. In addition, 12 wires technology reduces electrical losses. - Bifacial module (2016): NeON® 2 BiFacial is able to generate energy both from the front and from the rear face of the module, guaranteeing up to 30% more energy than the standard photovoltaic module.
