We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Trade Agent to join us in this ambitious growth journey for specific countries.

Role Overview
As a National Sales Agent, you will play a key role in developing and expanding VP Solar’s presence in the European market. Leveraging your local market knowledge and industry expertise, you will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and managing key customer relationships and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities and clients within your designated market area, focusing on the C&I (Commercial and Industrial) and residential segments.
  • Conduct regular meetings with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions from VP Solar’s product portfolio.
  • Negotiate and close deals to ensure long-term business relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with the HQ sales team to align strategies and provide market feedback.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and technological advancements in the renewable energy sector.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in B2B markets within the renewable energy sector (e.g., PV modules and inverters, energy storage systems, e-car charging solutions) within the relevant national market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
  • High levels of motivation, energy, and entrepreneurial spirit.
