The Sunny Boy can be configured via the integrated web interface or via the SMA 360° app, which enables quick commissioning via smartphone or tablet.
The patented SMA ShadeFix software maximizes energy yield in almost all situations, even in shading. Additional safety is provided by the SMA Smart Connected inverter monitoring, which detects errors in a short time and automatically reports them to the installer and/or to the system owner, and the installer benefits from the rapid diagnoses carried out by SMA.
Thanks to state-of-the-art communication standards, the inverter can be integrated with future-oriented SMA energy management and storage solutions with maximum flexibility, even at a later date.
